Cory gets upset when Eric moves back home and he vows to find him another place to live. But the perfect roommate he picks turns out to be Shawn's long-lost half-brother, and there's no love lost as far as Shawn is concerned.

Roommates Eric, Shawn and Jack are the focus of Cory's student film, and it isn't long before there's more drama than expected. Meanwhile, Topanga thinks Cory should be more of a friend to them than a filmmaker.

Shawn and Cory agree to attend the same college but Shawn learns that Cory’s made interview plans on his own, resulting in the two deciding it’s time to go their separate ways. Meanwhile, Eric thinks befriending the Dean will help his and Jack’s college experience easier.

After attending a college class and winning a debate with a professor, Shawn neglects high-school tasks in order to do college classes, but gets suspended for his low grades. Meanwhile, Eric forms his own fraternity, Magnum Pi, which arouses the Dean's suspicions.

Jack’s new spooky girlfriend Millie causes a serious rift between the roommates after Eric catches her practicing witchcraft. Meanwhile, Cory takes Topanga on her first airplane ride, flown by a not-so-bright pilot.

Everyone is taken back to the 1940s where Cory becomes a soldier fighting on the dangerous front lines in Europe and wants Shawn to marry Topanga if he doesn't make it back.

Shawn's rule of dating girls only for a fixed two-week period leads him to break up with Angela but he falls in love with the owner of a purse he finds, after looking through the contents.

Cory encourages Shawn to consider the same type of long-term relationship he has with Topanga but they begin to not get along so well. Meanwhile, Jack and Eric are nervous about hosting Thanksgiving dinner in their new apartment.

Cory is stunned when Shawn is more successful at their work-study jobs. Shawn receives a job in public relations while Cory gets stuck in the mail room. Meanwhile, Amy goes back to college, but being in Eric’s creative writing class embarrasses him.

Cory and Shawn become jealous when Topanga and Anglea get jobs at a Mexican restaurant and dance with two handsome co-workers.

Topanga spends Christmas with the Matthews and begins to take over their family traditions. Cory plans on giving Topanga a promise ring but hesitates after seeing that they have very different holiday traditions and Topanga's unwillingness to compromise.

After realizing that his father only talks to him, but plays sports with Eric, Cory knocks him down during a game of basketball. Alan and Eric kidnap Cory to take him skydiving, making Cory feel better, but leaving Eric to wonder why he and his father never have talks.

Mr. Feeny gives Shawn, Cory, and Topanga each personal goals after becoming upset that the seniors are slacking off. Shawn is assigned to find two Superbowl tickets, Cory is assigned to help him, and Topanga is assigned to not interfere.

When Cory sprains his ankle during the Senior Class ski trip, he has to hide his feelings towards the girl who takes care of him.

Shawn is kidnapped on Valentine's Day by his ex-girlfriends in order to make him ruin his date with Angela, thus keeping him from hurting her. Topanga reads a letter to Cory from another girl.

Cory has to decide to either make up with Topanga, or see how it would be to go out with the girl he met during the Senior Class ski trip.

A horror movie spoof episode lands the gang locked in a classroom during detention. After a fellow classmate is killed with a pencil and they receive a message written in blood, panic begins to set in. Shawn, a horror movie buff, begins to make predictions, which all begin to come true until his suspect, Mr. Feeny is killed. Suspicions turn to the new student, but she claims she was locked in as well when the killings took place.

Cory turns to drinking to get over his estrangement from Topanga. But after convincing Shawn to drink with him, they are both arrested and swear they'll never drink again. Shawn, however, breaks the oath and becomes addicted to alcohol.

After Eric makes a superb acting debut in a Shakespeare play, he is invited to attend two prestigious acting groups. Instead, Eric chooses to take a role on the TV show Kid Gets Acquainted with the Universe.

After Topanga meets a sensitive and charming guy at an art exhibit, her relationship with Cory becomes threatened.

Cory and Topanga decide to pretend to still be apart so Shawn can reunite them. However, Shawn's way of trying to get them back together only creates tension between the two and they break up again. With help from Cory's parents, Shawn helps them work through their problems.

Prom night arrives and Cory and Shawn plan to return from the dance as men. However, their plans fall through after Angela decides she isn't ready for sex and Topanga and Cory run into trouble when Cory's parents show up at the hotel they plan to stay at.

Everyone's college acceptance letters arrive in the mail and Cory is devastated to find out that none of his friends have the same college plans as him.

After Topanga gets accepted into Yale, Cory has to decide whether to tell her how he feels about her leaving or let Topanga go. As graduation comes to an end, Topanga asks Cory a surprising question.
